to place an order without a parent or guardian present or consent. The FTC has ruled (and we agree) that we need to protect our children from unsuspecting dangers on the internet.

In accordance with the FTC's CHILDREN'S ON LINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT, 
we'll never under any circumstances ask a child (under the age 13) for personal  information. When it comes  time to order, we ask that ONLY parents or those over  the age of 18 place the order as the order form will ask for personal information to complete the purchasing  transaction. The parent's identification will then be verified by credit card when  the purchase is made.

"No Shelf" Policy
One of the most unique aspects of our company that sets us apart from the others, is that every order is custom. We have a "No Shelf" policy. What this means is that we keep nothing in "stock" or "on the shelves". You never get a "stale" or "flat"  pillow or a re-sent/recycled pillow that was originally intended for someone else. This allows us to offer you the best quality product consistently. The moment you place your order, our Design Family goes to work crafting your unique item for you. No two pillows are alike.

We only use the highest quality fabrics from velvets, panne, Dupioni Silks, 
Bridal Satins, 100% cotton and 100% cotton flannels.

We know how important feeling secure about your on-line purchase is.
We want to assure you that you can safely and securely use our payment
processing system and have your information protected. Upon checkout, you'll be taken to a secured page where you can insert your personal information safely. We use Authorize.net as our secure gateway portal via eCartSoft.com to process all of our client's orders. But always feel free to phone in your order. We're more than happy to assist you.

Refunds/Exchanges Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Due to sanitation laws and the uniqueness of each item/pillow that is custom made for you and/or personalized, we only accept returns for the following reasons:

Damaged/Broken Items
If you received a damaged or broken item, and it is deemed by Noelle's Pillows, that we (Noelle's Pillows) is responsible,  please call us so we can instruct you on how to return the item. It must be returned within 15 days of receiving your package. (We use the UPS delivery date) Send all returns with: the reason for your return,  a copy of the invoice that came with your order, use original packing, box & wrappings, secure the package extremely well with tape. We won't be held responsible if we receive an empty box. Consumer pays for return shipping. We'll give you the proper address for the return. Upon receipt of the item, we'll gladly replace the damaged item and immediately ship you a new one. Noelle's Pillows will pay for the shipping of the new item. 

Damaged/Broken Items by UPS
If it was damaged in transit via UPS, you, the consumer will have to put in a claim to UPS. What this entails is bringing the damaged goods to a UPS Center where you'll fill out forms. If the question of whether it was damaged for any other reason, Noelle's Pillows photographs all Name Sculpties™pillows, most of which are featured in our special pillow galleries. This helps you, the consumer, prove their case to UPS should the need arise.

Our Error
If it was our error & you received the wrong item, item MUST be returned undamaged with ALL tags & wrappings intact. Also, it must be within 15 days of receiving your package. (We use the UPS delivery date) Upon receipt of the item, we'll replace the item and immediately ship you a new one. Noelle's Pillows will gladly pay for the shipping of the new item. Then, please let us know where we made our error so we can prevent it in the future.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our company, we don't accept "even exchanges" on custom made items. Since all of our creations are custom made the moment you order them, and also due to sanitation laws, we're unable to accept exchanges. This also protects you, our valued client. It guarantees that each client who may order a similar item isn't getting an already used or already shipped item that was originally intended for
someone else. For this reason, we also don't accept returns/refunds on a personalized item, unless it is deemed damaged by Noelle's Pillows or we made an error. When ordering personalized items please take care to fill out the information correctly. If you have any questions, please ask us, we're here to help 702.436.6635.

Changes/Cancellations 
Noelle's Pillows understands that from time to time changes need to be made.  If you need to change or cancel your order, we're glad to help you. BUT you MUST do so via phone {702.436.6635} before your item has been crafted and before your item has been shipped (shipped means given to or dropped off at the UPS Center). If your item has already been crafted and you phone us, we cannot change or cancel your order. If your item has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order. If you need to make any changes you must do so immediately, within 1 business day of your purchase date. Noelle's Pillows won't be held responsible if you don't contact us in time. You'll also be charged an Order Change/Cancellation Fee equaling 20% of your total order.

Client's Fabric
One of the most beloved features our client's rave about is giving you the
choice to provide us with your own fabric. We can make any of our designs in  our client's fabric and are glad to extend the talents of our custom Design Family to you.

The procedures:

1) Phone us at 702.436.6635 and ask to speak with a member
of our Design Family. You'll be asked a series of questions
so we can get the perfect item made with your fabric.

2) Send Noelle's Pillows your fabric with receipt or copy of the receipt that
shows the cost of your fabric. We need this information so we can properly
insure your finished item when it comes time to ship it to you. If we don't receive a receipt when you send us your fabric, Noelle's Pillows won't be held liable for the cost of your fabric should it get lost and/or damaged in transit.

3) Please note that this is a custom order as are the rest of our designs.
All sales are final and are subject to the same policies and terms of use
as described herein.

Simplicity/McCalls/Butterick/Etc.
We do not use any of the above mentioned patterns and cannot use them
even if our clients request them. It would violate copyright policies owned by
each individual company/corporation. If other sites/companies/corporations
use these patterns they do so at their own risk. All our our designs are painstakingly created by either Noelle herself or the Design Team Artisans.

RUSH Orders Policy - $25.00 fee
If this is a gift that MUST arrive by a certain day, or you need a quicker turn-around time than our standard 3-4 weeks, we are glad to help you, but you MUST contact us prior to ordering to let us know when you need it. (Additional express shipping charges may apply.) Otherwise, we won't know this information and you assume full responsibility if the product does not arrive on a particular date. Please contact us by phone so we can make arrangements & quote you a RUSH order shipping price. Remember, we want to help you get what you want.

The above mentioned RUSH Orders Policy excludes ALL corporate gift orders or mass quantity orders. ETA's for such types of orders can be scheduled by calling.

Privacy Policy
Doesn't it just drive you crazy when people give out your personal information ie: phone numbers, email address, mailing address, etc.? We here at Noelle's Pillows™ uphold the strictest rules that prohibit anyone connected to our incorporation to sell, share or give our consumer's private & personal information. 

We guarantee that your private & personal information won't be sold, shared or given to any other institution private or public. We'll ONLY use your information as it pertains to our company providing you with the transaction of your purchase. 

Upon occasion we do have sales or other specials that we like to alert our special clients via email.  If you do not wish to receive these, please return the email with: "stop" in the subject line.  You'll then be removed from our list.

Shipping Policy
We have super quick turn-around time (2-3 weeks from date of order).
But please keep these things in mind when you order:

From the moment you place your order, your order will be manufactured and shipped within 2-3 weeks from the date that you placed it. We keep nothing in stock and each item is custom made especially for you when you place your order. This is to ensure that you don't get a stale pillow that's been on a shelf for months. Delivery time from the time of your order will vary depending on the shipping method you choose.
