Q: How do I order?
A: First browse our website, and choose carefully
what you'd like. Should you need help, give us a call. Second: You may either use the PayPal shopping cart to place your order or call us. PayPal will accept all major credit cards if you don't have a PayPal account. If you'd rather place your order with us directly via phone, we accept all major cards.

Q: How thick are your comforters?
A: We measure thickness by loft or height of the
batting. All our comforters have 1/4 inch loft. You
can request an additional 1/4 inch layer added to
your comforter after you've ordered. Just give us
a shout and we'll be glad to do that for you. An
additional $15.00 charge will be applied.

Q: What shipping carrier do you use?
A: UPS for large orders/items. USPS for small items.

Q: What are your shipping fees?
A: These prices are estimates only and can change
at any time. Call if you have questions. Thank You.

USPS Priority with Insurance:
Orders up to $35.95 = $5.95 - $8.95
$35.96 to $75.95 = $8.96 - $12.95
$75.96 to $100.95 = $12. 96 - $15.95
Orders over $100.96 = we use UPS

UPS with Insurance:
$100.96 to $200.95 = $12.95 - $18.95
$200.96 to $300.95 = $18.96 - $24.95
Orders over $300.96 = 10% of your order.

Q: How long does it take to receive items?
A: Since we don't keep anything on a shelf and
custom make all these designs upon our clients
ordering, it takes 2-3 weeks to receive items. If you
need it sooner, we can do a RUSH for you for an
additional $15.00. It can cut down turn around time
to 1 week provided the fabric you request is in stock.
Do call us before ordering so we can check to see
if the fabric you want is in stock and we'll also be
able to give you an ETA.

Q: Can you make other items for my bedroom that
aren't seen on-line at your site?
A: Yes. We've often made matching items i.e.:
curtains, bed throws, table cloths, valances and
other highly customized decor.

Q: Can you use my fabric to craft your designs?
A: Yes, give us a call and we'll walk you through it.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All our items are custom made and not returnable. Be sure that you take your time placing your order or do call us if you have any questions. The only time we accept returns is if NP Teen deems your item(s) was damaged in transit. Then it's an issue you'll need to take up with the carrier. We insure all items. If the item needs to be reworked i.e. a seam comes loose, NP Teen is more than happy to re-work the item to perfection. You'll need to give us a call first so we can give you the shipping address. Do tell us what the issue is so we can make sure we fix it properly. This also helps us provide excellent service for our future clients.

Q: How do you figure your pricing?
A: Materials used + time = your price.
This is not a "pull it off the shelf and ship it" business. This is a highly specialized custom design service. When you order from us, you are actually hiring a professional seamstresses that works very hard to provide top quality items. All our designs are owed by us and made in the U.S.A. Your order is hand crafted once you've placed it. This guarantees your item was made just for you and isn't a returned item meant for someone else.

With skill and mother's sewing machine she went to work & made the coolest creations for her room. Today those creations are brought to you exclusively with the trendiest - hottest fabrics and colors that could once only be found at "Pillow Talk"; a vintage company started by mom & daughter. Remember: Teens ROCK! ~ "Think Pink!"

Terminology
This is where you can find out what's what.

Batting: the polyester layer that is inserted inside a comforter. It's texture is spongy in nature and the tight weave keeps heat underneath.

Bed Skirt: a draping fabric that covers the perimeter of the bottom of your bed. A.K.A. dust ruffle or duster. Standard drop: 14 inches. NP Teen makes either straight or ruffled.

Blanket/Throw: a non-batted blanket with 2 layers of fabric only. Perfect for warm climates and summer.

Comforter: bedding with a layer of batting in between 2 pieces of fabric.

Decorative Throw Pillow: this is any shaped pillow that is not used for sleeping on/with. It is primarily used as decor for bedding/bedroom. It's filled with polyester fibers.

Duvet: a cover for your all ready existing comforter. It has clasps on the under side of it so you can properly enclose your comforter.

Neck Roll Pillow: a fabric covered pillow form made of polyester that is tubular in shape and approximately 12.5 inches in length and 6 inches in diameter. NP Teen uses these to ensure longevity to your item.

Pillow Case: a covering for your pillow. It has one side open so you can insert your pillow.

Pillow Sham: a slip cover for your pillow. It has a flange around the edge/perimeter and a slit in back so you can slip your pillow inside.

Pillow Tag: A.K.A. Bedding License: each state has requirements about shipping stuffed or batted items into their state. Some are more strict than others. If you see a tag on your item that says: "NOT TO BE REMOVED ACCEPT BY CONSUMER", know that your item meets or exceeds your state's bedding requirements. This tag will also state what the item is made of. Please DO NOT TEAR THIS TAG OFF. Carefully cut it off with a scissor. If you tear it off and it causes damage to the item, NP Teen is not responsible for the damage.
